School-Based ABA Therapy: Supporting Success in the Classroom
We believe in supporting your child in the environments where they learn and grow—and for many children, that means school. Our school-based ABA therapy program brings our RBTs/BCBA support directly into the classroom, helping your child navigate academic and social challenges so they can thrive.
We utilize proven Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles to create a collaborative plan that integrates seamlessly with your child’s school day, enabling them to build skills in the moment, right where they are needed.
Important Note on Availability: Please note that this service is entirely dependent on the policies of your child’s specific school or district. We are able to provide in-school services when:
•The school has an existing partnership with Radiant Spectrum Therapy.
•The school is a specialized campus (e.g., for children with autism) that allows outside therapists.
•The school’s policy permits our RBTs and BCBAs to be on campus to support your child.

1. Assessment & Collaboration: We begin by assessing your child’s needs and meeting with you and your child’s educators to understand the classroom environment and specific goals.
2. Integrated Treatment Plan: We develop a personalized plan that targets key skills and supports your child’s educational and behavioral goals, designed to work seamlessly within the school’s schedule.
3. Data-Driven In-School Sessions: Our RBTs and BCBAs provide consistent support, collecting data to track progress and make informed adjustments. Offering ongoing communication and training to teachers, empowering them with effective ABA strategies.

•Holistic vs. Focused Goals: School-based therapy is naturally focused on classroom and academic goals. Our center-based program offers a more comprehensive environment, focusing on a broader range of communication, social, and daily living skills.

Training and Support for School Staff
